At NodeFlair, we want to help you save time when hiring. Thus, we do not want to flood your dashboard with candidates who you are not interested in previously. This ensures that you do not have to screen through multiple repeated candidates who are irrelevant to you.
Unfortunately, to ensure that our team can help to resolve any potential conflicts, it is highly discouraged to take the conversations off the platform. In addition, as we respect the privacy of our candidates, their contact details will only be revealed to you once the they have accepted your interview request.
Every candidate has been thoroughly screened through by our in-house curation team of talent recruiters. We get on a call with them to understand their skill sets and experiences better, providing you with insights beyond what is shown on their resume and LinkedIn.
Once the candidates are live on the platform, you can reach out to candidates by sending them an interview invitations through our platform. Once the candidates has accepted your invitations, you can schedule calls with them to interview them and understand better.
As there are many other companies that are on the platform, It is highly encouraged that you reach out to the candidates within 1 week of their profiles going live. Beyond that, the candidates will be talking with the other companies that approach them and this will reduce your chance of them joining your dream team.
If there are candidates you’re not interested in speaking with, you can reject them. You will be prompt for the rejection reason. Although it is completely optional, telling us the reason(s) for rejection can help us improve our list of talents and this will help us provide you with talents that are more relevant in the next batch.
