Join us on this journey -  this is an outstanding opportunity for an existing Sales Director, Recruitment Manager or Sales Manager with excellent sales and people skills to lead a team of tech recruiters supplying tech talents in Singapore.


Key accountabilities include the management and development of the regional delivery team and regional recruitment processes and procedures to ensure required output to achieve the regions P&L targets.

You will:

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of revenue-generating recruitment business accounts. This includes partnering with our recruitment services to negotiate and secure the rates of business with new clients especially.
  • Plans and directs the recruitment functions to achieve agreed targets
  • Reviews and analyses activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress towards stated goals and objectives.
  • Manages the direct performance of each member of the delivery team through an agreed performance management scheme.
  • Help increases client penetration to maximize revenue potential
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clientele.
  • Oversee and liaise on the recruitment process with the Talent Consultant team and the Client.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3 years+ managerial experience within the recruitment industry with experience in delivery and exceeding the target
  • Must have a very good understanding of all commercial and delivery aspects of a recruitment business and have a proven track record of successfully delivering against the target.
  • Balancing commercial, pragmatic approach to decision making with appropriate risk management.
  • A fast-paced, high-pressure change-oriented environment.
  • Leading, developing and motivating teams.
  • Business Development and Account Management.
  • Experience in Technology recruitment desk will be advantageous but not essential
