AM seamless Point of Commerce (“sPOC”) integrates FinTech as part of the commerce journey with customer order, pay by embedded FinTech, merchant fulfilment and customer-merchant feedback on a single secure platform incorporating customer and merchant apps and backend.

Under the brand “DBS FasTrack”, AM partners DBS to rollout sPOC to the F&B vertical. Customers can order in the store, out of the store, for dine in, for takeaway, for delivery (third party riders), for drive by, right now, in advance, merging sales channels, service modes and blurring online and offline. 

Customers gain convenience and value. Merchants gain sales and productivity. DBS monetizes its customer and merchant base while building loyalty.

AM is embedding more functionalities in sPOC e.g. POS, kiosk, CRM, Rewards, demand generation, call for action analytics etc. to complete the commerce journey.
