Ello Technology specifically provides specialist and certified expertise in the areas of smart device management (SDM), Office 365, security solutions, unified e-mail management and virtualisation. In addition, it also acts as an ISP and provides hosted/cloud-applications and exchange servers.

Within its managed services portfolio and in order to provide remote customer management, support and IT process automation capabilities, Ello has developed its own Smart Device Management (SDM) automation and diagnostic application that is crucial for users to install (EEVA). This SDM software, which resides on each device; for example, a server, workstation, laptop or tablet; monitors in real time.
