Gudang Kripto Indonesia with its platform called GudangKripto, has been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI) as outlined in the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number: 013/BAPPEBTI/CP-AK/4/2022, highly prioritizing compliance according to regulations issued by BAPPEBTI. One of them is the online Member acceptance mechanism, by going through the KYC process (Standard, DueDiligence, Enhanced DueDiligence) and through the eKYC process by working with third parties who have been recognized and have certification from the government. GudangKripto as an application has received a certificate from the Ministry of Communication and Information through registration with an Electronic System Operator (PSE).
