ISS was founded in Copenhagen in 1901 and has grown to become one of the world's leading facility services companies with revenues in 2017 amounting to DKK 79.9 billion. In Singapore, the secret to our success lies in how we tailor our solutions to client needs, how we manage risk, and how our engaged team of more than 9,000 staff members add the power of the human touch in everything we do.

ISS Singapore is part of the world’s largest facility services group, with market presence in Europe, Asia, South America, North America, and Australia. ISS entered Singapore in 1995 and today we employ in excess of 7,000 people of whom are engaged in the front-line delivery of facility support services.

Our Vision
The ISS Way strategy from 2008 describes our collective journey into the future, presents the ISS vision, and forms our roadmap to success. The vision was first launched in 2001 as; “Leading Facility Services globally by leading Facility Services locally” but in the spring of 2013, ISS launched a new and more ambitious vision building on ISS Way strategy.
