The company established its foothold in the industry through the development of notable townships and buildings. These developments which are centred around Klang Valley includes the 662-acre Taman Tun Dr Ismail, TTDI Alam Impian, Stadium Malawati, Masjid Al-Ikhlas, and TTDI Jaya.

The TTDI Grove township in Kajang, which is touted “The township that is changing the very face of Kajang” is another project embarked by Naza TTDI and successfully completed in 2015.
