About President Securities Corporation
1988年由統一企業結合了統一超商、長興化工、誠品實業、台南紡織等背景堅強，實力雄厚的績優廠商，共同創立「統一證券股份有限公司」。 1989年3月更名為「統一綜合證券股份有限公司」，並於同年4月3日正式進入證券市場。
民國1991年9月，本公司一舉合併九家專業經紀商，一躍成為國內證券商之領導者。當時合併之家數亦為歷來最大且合併過程和諧、快速，顯示統一證券的購併能力， 也開啟了證券市場購併風潮。
歷經1995年、1996年、1997年、2000年及2001年之持續新設、合併、購併分公司後，目前全省共有31處營業據點。統一證券不但扮演提供客戶現代化投資工具的角色， 對於服務、品質及信用之追求，更是不遺餘力。首先在1995年12月榮獲亞洲第一家通過ISO 9002服務品質認證之證券商，並在1999年3月首度通過中華信用評等公司評等。 2022年1月公佈之長期債務信用等級為「 twA 」，短期信用評等「 twA-1 」，評等展望也維持為「穩定」。
