Commercial Operations
Singapore is our regional headquarters, providing management oversight and acting as the primary investment vehicle for all of our HR, Payments, and Financial Services brands in the region. Strategic for numerous reasons including legal, financial, and talent sourcing among others, our headquarters is ideally situated for our expansion in Southeast Asia.
Our MAS regulated remittance company Brunphil Express (S) Pte Ltd, a related party, is licensed in Singapore with channel partners throughout Asia and the Americas. Established in 1997, Brunphil has been servicing MSME’s and overseas workers with fast, affordable, and reliable remittance services for over 20 years.
In the Philippines, Right Choice Finance Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, is a regulated finance company established in 2016. We are a premier provider of MSME and consumer salary loans through our business platform that combines financing products, and HR and digital banking software. We also provide commercial vehicle loans to ride-hailing drivers to help address the transport challenges in the Philippines.
Also in the Philippines the Rural Bank of San Luis (Pampanga) Inc., a partially owned subsidiary that will be fully owned in 2020, has been in operation since 1971 in Pampanga province, north of Manila. Across its three branches, our bank primarily serves small businesses and farmers with credit and debit facilities.
We also have joint ventures and affiliations with the Lynx Global Digital Finance Corporation group of companies. Lynx is a publicly listed company with subsidiaries throughout Asia focusing on payments and financial services.
