Position: DATA ANALYST
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Requirements:
(Telecommunications, Data Analytics or Financial/Fintech sector.)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide visualisations and insights using hypothesis-driven approach, focusing
on the following core key business units, namely, Management, Product,
Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Loyalty & Finance.
2. Assist Data Scientists to develop AI or Machine Learning models to utilize big
data to facilitate MLM (Merchant Life Cycle Management), automate processes
and create a data-driven culture across the organization.
3. Provide actionable insights/recommendations from consumers’ & merchants’
perspective to senior leadership and working group to facilitate decision-making.
4. Inculcate a data-driven culture among Boost team members by providing
actionable insights and provide necessary analytics data.
5. Part of insights analysts developing skills in data extraction, analysis, business
intelligence and presentation/communication.
6. Build automated reports for cross-functional teams for the purpose of external
party such as BNM, Paynet & etc.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Improvement in Boost OKR parameters, namely Activation, NR and PAT.
2. Achieve Product or Project committed business case targets.
3. Support cross-functional team with analytical requirements within committed
timeline.
