This is an individual contributor position.
- Responsible for design and implementation of new services and features
- Collaborate with architects, product management and other engineering teams to build services and product features
- Build technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.
- Participate in resolution of production issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Work in full DevOps mode, take ownership of all phases of engineering from early specs, design, technology choice, development, unit-testing/integration automation, and deployment.
- Proficient in emerging industry technologies and trends, and share that knowledge to the team
Requirements
- B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science from a best-in-class institute
- 3 - 7 years of proven experience in software development.
- Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of design, and performance of algorithms
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native applications
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Rest Services, Dynamo DB
- Good Knowledge in some of: Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Solr, Cassandra, Elastic Search is an added advantage
- Passionate about quality of work, you are persistent and steadfast Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
- Knowledge of AWS services, Dockers, Jenkins, Splunk
