Senior AI/Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop genAI-based solutions that involve LLM, RAG, image-related algorithms, etc
• Provide fully customized user experience, including recommender, search, or other classification and regression tasks
• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the end-to-end data science process, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to continually enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, convex optimization)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with large-scale software engineering (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a diverse audience
