Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. This position requires experience in making decisions and working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team where the candidate does make a difference. This individual should possess extensive knowledge in front-end development, including expertise in frameworks such as React JS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and more. This individual will be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect, cross-browser friendly front-end experiences.

You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement both frontend and backend components of software applications
• Develop user-facing features using React JS, ensuring the responsiveness and performance of the application
• Build server-side components and Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, adhering to best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and dataprotection measures
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient full-stack applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applicationsPrerequisites
• 6+ years of hands on development experience
• Developing front-end website architecture which includes designing interactive, responsive, anddynamic web pages
• Developing back-end applications, databases and servers for creating a highly functional website
• Troubleshooting, suggesting improvements and debugging
• Expertise in React JS, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices and more.
• Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, MariaDB and MySQL.
