Job Description

Main objectives and Summary :

Plan and manage overall project testing strategy, and test approach, and coordinate all testing activities for responsible project.
Understand project requirements and analyze business cases for testing projects.
Define testing scope, and estimate testing effort and resources for the project.
Hands-on automation test framework setup and maintenance for Web application or Mobile application testing.
Identify quality risks and issues and escalate them to line manager or related stakeholders.
Facilitate and deliver test planning and test artifacts, such as test cases, test data, and test reports.
Follow up on the issues and defects fixing and retesting with the agreed SLA.
Provide guidance to test team members for all testing activities such as test standard, test case management, test data management, test automation management, defect management, etc.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Robot framework, Java selenium framework, Soap UI, Ready API, Postman, Cypress etc.
Have good knowledge of testing methodologies, able to create test cases, test data, and test reports.
Experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing with financial or banking systems (such as digital banking, Retail banking, corporate banking, Private banking, Payment gateway, and Brokerage system) would be advantageous.
Coding/Scripting in Java would be an advantage.
Experience in Agile team and experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint is a plus.
Experience working in Continuous integration platforms (Jenkin) in conjunction with automated artifact deployment and testing.
Service-minded with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive, self-motivated, and analytical thinking.
Good command of spoken and written in English.
