What will you do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you are responsible for in-depth technical and functional expertise in supporting Enterprise Applications in a timely manner. You will be working closely with the Enterprise Systems Squad, Project Systems Squad, other Enterprise Teams, and Shared Services Teams in delivering a streamlined user experience leveraging on the different capabilities of multiple Enterprise applications.

Your impact will be seen by:

• Having a thorough understanding of Enterprise and Project applications and the business processes they enable.
• Effectively troubleshooting service interruptions and showing personal accountability in driving resolution of issues.
• Proactively monitoring the service health of applications.
• Working with your squad to build, implement and support IT solutions in line with the business strategies.
• Complying with standards and processes for software development and support.
• Ensuring that individual and team KPIs and SLAs are achieved. •
• Anticipating hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them.

Domain Knowledge

• Demonstrating effective application of own domain knowledge in unfamiliar situations and actively maintaining own knowledge and shares with others.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and maturity of delivery and support processes.
• Rapidly understanding technical requirements and ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions.
• Contributing to ensure that the product is properly managed and fit for purpose.
• Exhibiting the depth of domain knowledge through the impact of the solutions you deploy. Stakeholder Management
• Engaging with the business and IT stakeholders to address business problems through application solutions.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audience.

What can you bring to the team?

• At least 3 years Development and support experience in Microsoft SQL, Windows Server Datacenter and IIS, SQL Server Integration Services
• Experience in .NET development and support
• Experience in HTML and CSS development and support
• Experience in developing interfaces between Active Directory and other systems
• Experience in application monitoring and system/feature updates management
• Experience in RPA(UiPath) development and support is a plus
• Familiarity with Symprex, Open Asset, Contruent, IXUS RF Safety software, ClickUp, Kiteworks, Saviom is a plus
• Experience in development process, design techniques and software configuration management.
• Strong systems thinking with an analytical, creative and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work deadlines and manage multiple demands
• Strong work ethics with high sense of integrity and accountability over the work of the team
• Excellent ability to create high quality functional/technical documentation and technical requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills for technical and non technical audience.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders .
• Has a good appreciation of the application’s use in relevant business functions and how they relate to the business activities of the employer or client.
• Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes responsibility for personal development.
