As an Applications Specialist you are responsible for in-depth technical and functional expertise in supporting Enterprise Applications in a timely manner.
You will be working closely with the Enterprise Systems Squad, Project Systems Squad, other Enterprise Teams, and Shared Services Teams in delivering a streamlined user experience leveraging on the different capabilities of multiple Enterprise applications.

- Proactively monitoring the service health of applications.

Essential Skills And Experiences
- Development and support experience in Microsoft SQL, Windows Server Datacenter and IIS, SQL Server Integration Services
- Experience in .NET development and support
- Experience in HTML and CSS development and support
- Experience in developing interfaces between Active Directory and other systems
- Experience in application monitoring and system/feature updates management
- Experience in RPA(UiPath) development and support is a plus
- Familiarity with Symprex, Open Asset, Contruent, IXUS RF Safety software, ClickUp, Kiteworks, Saviom is a plus
- Experience in development process, design techniques and software configuration management.
- Strong systems thinking with an analytical, creative and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work deadlines and manage multiple demands
- Strong work ethics with high sense of integrity and accountability over the work of the team
- Excellent ability to create high quality functional/technical documentation and technical requirements gathering skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- With at least 3 years’ experience in IT application support and development with demonstrable analysis and problem-solving skills
- With experience in a Global Shared Services set up
- Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum
