Engineer – Digital Data Development

Gurugram/Bengaluru, India

As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward a greater focus on the use of data and strengthens our digital, AI & and innovation capabilities, we are seeking a Full-Stack Developer. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support, develop, maintain, and enhance one or more digital products and platforms that seek to yield a significant business benefit, helping us build dynamic advantage and market differentiation through the execution of innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Support for IDA-developed applications including AI products in the capacity of UI and backend code maintenance, support, and enhancements.

  • UI support/bug fixes for IDA applications in a cloud environment.
  • Identify and execute opportunities (as prioritized) for automation and continuous improvement for in-scope products/projects/services.
  • Participate in efforts to identify root causes for application issues in production and non-production environments and collaborate within IDA team(s) to deliver solutions/fixes
  • Work with the Developer, UX designer, and the Product Owner on front-end design & and interactions within data & and AI applications.
  • As assigned, work as part of an Agile squad, ensuring delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team.
  • Ensure quality and optimized coding with good documentation.
  • Work with various teams to implement automated recovery steps, and document RCA and/or preventative measures for recurring issues/problems.
  • Provide top-class production support and ensure data solutions service level commitments (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Achieve & and maintain the highest business customer confidence and net promoter score (NPS).
  • The candidate will have a background in OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & and Cosmos.
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical.
  • You will report to the Lead Full-Stack Developer.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:


Required Skills and Abilities:

A minimum of an Undergraduate University Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

  • Experience in Java, JavaScript / CSS / React.js.
  • Experience working on Spring Boot microservices architecture.
  • Experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Experience working as part of a squad in an Agile environment.
  • Technologies required - OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & and Cosmos.
  • Front-end technologies required - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React.js
  • Solid knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to handle different types of user inquiries provide guidance and execute on next steps for troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Proactive attitude, excellent project & and time management, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to run assigned tasks with minimal direction due to the diverse and global nature of the team.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with robust business acumen.
  • Demonstrates level of experience/ability to influence and understand business problems in technical terminology.
