Position: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and skilled ServiceNow Developers with up to 4 plus years of experience to join our dynamic IT team.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow, focusing on areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Up to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly).

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and principles preferred.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server is a plus.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred but not required.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
