Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Analyst 2-IT (IC2) with strong experience in Millennium tools, Tech-portal, Remedy, and Jira, SQL and advanced MS Excel knowledge. This critical role addresses the increased workload and required experienced analysts. The candidate will manage configuration tickets, process change requests, and oversee user management, focusing on Millennium Build Configuration.

Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and automation scripting
.Knowledge of Millennium tools, Tech-portal, Remedy, and Jira
.Experience in Agile methodologies and self-directed learning
.Service Management and Change Management experience (2+ years)
.Cloud solutions experience, particularly OCI
