Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and leveraging your expertise in SQL, API testing, payment systems, Agile methodologies, and digital and mobile app testing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing efforts across various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and testing strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform API testing to ensure robust and secure integrations.
• Utilize strong SQL skills for data validation and testing.
• Test payment systems to ensure accurate and secure transaction processing.
• Conduct testing on digital and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation.
• Extensive experience in API testing.
• Solid understanding of payment systems and experience in testing payment transactions.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in testing digital and mobile applications.
• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
