As a Product Manager for Coinbase in Singapore, you will take the helm of our product and engineering team, focussing on Singapore, Australia and other APAC markets when needed. Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading growth initiatives and fine-tuning the Coinbase experience for global consumers, ensuring a tailored product-market fit. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support. Your main emphasis will be on boosting revenue and fostering user growth.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the local product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Improve the onboarding experience for international users, ensuring a seamless and compliant process
• Lead localization efforts to adapt the product for different markets, including language, cultural, and regulatory consideration
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
• Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
  
  

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): To be completed by all business teams except Eng.

• Strong product management experience, preferably in a global or international context.
• 4+ years of product management experience in B2C products
• Knowledge of onboarding best practices and ability to optimize the user journey.
• Familiarity with localization processes and tools, including language translation and cultural adaptation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work with diverse international markets

• Past experience around KYC flows and localisation
• Passion/domain knowledge for crypto, fintech
• Experience/expertise in AB testing
• Open to someone from McKinsey, BCG, Bain background as well who can think long-term and strategically

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
