We are looking for a Data Analyst II who will:
Provide data-driven insights through dashboards and analyses. The primary focus will be analyzing CX client data and developing insightful reports. This position will work closely with internal teams as well as CSG clients, providing critical analyses to guide business decisions.

Generate consistent reports and insights on key metrics.
- Trigger/Event Based Reviews
- Ad-Hoc Analysis on Trending Data

Create and manage dashboards.
- Create requirements for CX dashboards
- Collaborate with members of CX teams and clients and adhere to corporate standards
- As needed, generate new dashboards in Domo
- As needed, maintain/tweak dashboards in Domo

Synthesize data with business leaders.
- Identify anomalies and facilitate dialogue with leaders
- Develop a point of view of the “story” behind “data”.
- Ask second and third level questions around “why” behind the data

Report on improvements and escalations.
- Create a mechanism for tracking qualitative and quantitative improvements on identified problems

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
(Minimum level of related experience and preferred experience that is also beneficial to have in this job.)
- 2-4 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics
Preferred:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a software company environment
- Experience in reporting & analytics; develop, build, implement reports and dashboards
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good to have experince in Python
- Strong analytical skills and understanding as it relates to business context
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Effective writing skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in high-stress situations.
- A candid communicator who can identify and articulate issues clearly.
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for monitoring improvement plans.
- Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
