Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Roles & Responsibilities

Expertise in solution, design and Built end to end solutions based on Open Source technologies, APIs/Microservices in the Cloud (any PCF or AWS) environment
Design and implement Devops tools, adopt agile methodology, deliver effectively, efficiently, on-time, in-specification and in a cost-effective manner
Must be able to provide solution, design and develop applications in Microservices Architecture and design patterns

Requirements

Developer experience varies from 4-9 years of IT experience
Must have strong technical expertise in coding in Java 8
Must have strong experience in developing Microservicess using Java Spring Boot along with security and Microservices Architecture in a Cloud environment (with Pivotal/AWS)
Must have Experience with creating and consuming RESTful APIs using OAuth 2.0
Must have Experience with Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks
Must have Experience with CI/CD and DevOps to support continuous delivery of the application
Experience with Maven/Gradle, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
Experience with Java Distributed caching frameworks like Redis
Experience with ELK stack, Grafana
Strong knowledge on SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Kafka is preferred
Good to have knowledge on Data technologies and implementation experience on Data related use cases
Good knowledge on AWS/ GCP etc
