System Administrator Analyst
Have you been involved in maintenance and Administration of technical solutions earlier? As a HR Systems Administrator, you will maintain and administer various Talent related systems and applications getting an opportunity to cater to the various Talent stakeholders.
Work you’ll do
- Support large scale global HR implementation projects and perform hands-on requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, software configuration, testing coordination, and trainings.
The team
The Core Talent Services is the HR services center for the U.S. organization across all regions. The Digital Enablement team is focused on developing business-aligned solutions that provide an enhanced employee experience through innovative solutions which are efficient and effective. Our goal is to deliver high-quality service through world class technology solutions, strategic reporting, data visualization and analytics.
Qualifications Required
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Human Resources
- 1-3 years of experience as Systems Administrator working on any of the HRMS system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for Resource management admin related inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes
- Collaborate with the ITS to enhance resource management tools and systems by participating in testing, assisting in writing test scripts, and preparing stage data as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on resource management metrics.
- Basic to intermediate level of Project management skill is required
- Stakeholder management - Engage and communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their interests are aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss insights and improvements related to processes
- Maintain and review documentation of resource management processes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Act as a Techno-functional consultant to provide recommendations/solutions to end users & stakeholders
- Knowledge on HRIS systems & Technologies
- Exposure to ticketing system like Service Now, Salesforce will be an advantage.
- Assist team lead in analyzing requirements, access management, change request, correspondence management, and impact analysis.
- Independently develop good quality system guide and user manuals.
- Communicates effectively with Team lead, team members and Client. Presents and discusses work results clearly.
- Support users / clients to resolve queries, issues, Bugs as per request raised.
- Experience in Configuration & Maintenance of HR tools.
- Responsible for User Management, Security management & Data management.
- Understand & adheres to the SLA standards in the support environment.
- Defines/Assist in designing project specific templates. Prepares/guides and ensures that team follows the specifications/standards/guidelines/design.
- Involved in testing, user stories and release management.
- Works closely with Team lead in ensuring that all deliverables have good quality and adheres to schedules.
- Should be able to think analytically & identifies risks
