Responsibilities
- Work with business and IT partners to provide architecture, design, prototype and deliver continually improved products.
- Identify, document, analyze and, if required, challenge the requirements, ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims
- Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as required.
- Liaise with all functional areas, including business units, internal IT and outside vendors.
- Manage effective relationships between IT, the business and its vendors.
- Manage project timeline closely every day to ensure the project not delay.
- Manage the result to ensure the deliverables is good quality, timely and match the target defined for the project.
- Understand a shared vision of solutions, facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.
- Undertake some development tasks in Route Optimize System, Robotic Automation Process and Power BI
- Plan and execute IT projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by management team
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of IT Software development & Analysis & IT experience in a complex corporate environment
- Bachelor degree in IT field
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge in LCDP (Low Code Development Platform) or in any software development languages (JAVA, .NET, etc.)
- Good experience in SQL language SQL Management System
- Knowledge in Logistic/Supply Chain Industry is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Intelligent, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Big Data, IoT is a plus
- Strong experience with IT integrations.
- Collaborative cross function/department working.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Ability of delivery in relation to cost, time and quality of outcome.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems and generate and find innovative solutions to these.
- Ability to write accurate, concise and relevant reports to senior management.
- High level influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, communicate with, influence and negotiate with senior management and stakeholders in a complex organization
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile techniques and ability to scale methodologies to the requirements and nature of the project.
- Creative and innovating thinking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under high pressures and travel on business.
