Description
We are seeking a skilled
Back-end Web Developer to join our dynamic Web Development team.
In this role, you will develop and maintain our custom Content Management System (CMS), optimize back-end processes, and ensure seamless integration with various APIs and databases.

Responsibilities
- Build and update modules for the company’s custom-made CMS
- Code and modify the company’s websites, ensuring robust and efficient back-end operations
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices
- Provide comprehensive documentation for the modules developed
- Optimize existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency
- Integrate data from various APIs and databases to ensure seamless data flow
- Review code written by Junior Back-End Web Developers, offering guidance and support to maintain high-quality standards
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant innovations to operations and activities
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
- Contribute to a positive, dynamic, and collaborative working environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Strong knowledge of Python and Django framework
- Understanding of JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, Angular, or React
- Familiar with modern HTML and CSS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
