What you’ll do

• Design and development for highly scalable applications capable of handling high volume using Java, Go, BigQuery on GCP
• Take e2e ownership of products development – from design to production support
• Collaborate across multiple teams in architecting new solutions.
• Advocate for new technology and modern engineering practices
• Collaborate with product management and support teams
• Contribute to all engineering aspects adhering to organisational standards
• Mentor individuals and help build high performant teams

Qualification and Experience

Must Have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 8 to 12 Years of experience in the relevant technology
• Experience in designing data intensive system and services in cloud.
• Strong experience in REST Microservice using Java, spring, GO or similar
• Strong experience working with RDBMS and NoSql database.
• Strong experience working with BigQuery or similar DW
• Strong experience with Spark, DataProc, AirFlow, DataFlow or Similar
• Experience with Kafka, Redis or similar
• Experience working on GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure
• Strong skill in unit testing, profiling, performance tuning

Good to have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes,
• knowledge of CI/CD process and tools
• Knowledge of agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban
