The founders are experienced entrepreneurs, and the venture is backed by influential investors with deep pockets with experience in wealth management and single-family offices.

Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Ø Lead and manage a team of frontend & backend developers, with strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ø Driving innovations in the product constantly to remain ahead of the curve. Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design, and related issues.

Ø Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and related frameworks (Django/FastAPI) Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers and designers to define, architect and deliver high-quality features.

Ø Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts

Ø Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of backend systems through efficient coding practices, optimization, and monitoring.

Ø Writing application interface codes using TypeScript following react.js workflows.

Ø Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts

Ø Manage the deployment of the application to cloud providers like AWS and GCP through containerization.

Ø Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates to maintain code quality standards.

Ø Investigate and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes and performance optimizations.

Requirements:

Ø Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Ø Extensive experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and React Native.

Ø Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks such as Django and Fast API

Ø Experience with database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL

Ø Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Ø Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress). (Plus Point)

Ø Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Ø Familiarity with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes.

Ø Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools

Ø Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GCP, including EC2 and S3, Route53, Load Balancer, Redis, Logging, RDS, Cost Optimization.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ø Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
