Position Overview:

As a Software Development Engineer II (Python and Django Developer), you will be an integral part of our software development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Python and the Django framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our business requirements,

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Python code to support web applications using the Django framework.
Collaborate with product management and UX/UI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
Optimize application performance and scalability through continuous improvement and refactoring of code.
Work on troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure a smooth deployment process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team's productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Python Developer, with a strong proficiency in the Django framework.
Experience with database systems like SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
