Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and executing test plans and test cases for software applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality and stability of the software.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
This is a paid, in-office internship for a duration of 3 months.
Exceptional performers will be considered for a pre-placement offer
Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
