The Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s rapid growth and influence how we reach the guest and, more importantly, how the guest wants to interface with us.


Inspire’s Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Senior Systems Administrator will work closely with cross functional teams across the company to design, champion, deploy and support enterprise level technologies and business solutions. This position will have expertise in Microsoft Cloud, or multi-cloud technologies, development, and infrastructure as a code.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and continually improve infrastructure designs through research and adoption of new products and automation technologies for the purpose of lowering cost, easing management burden, or providing performance improvements
  • Identify, gather, analyse, and automate responses to key performance metrics, logs and alerts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Microsoft Azure, O365 automation, DR/BC
  • Work with development teams to create SLI/SLOs
  • Perform common system administration tasks leveraging Terraform, Ivanti, New Relic, Opsramp, Rubrik and other technology platforms as necessary
  • Perform upgrades of infrastructure and services via automation\Infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Leverage previous experience integrating cloud and on-premises solutions for a hybrid data center environment
  • Perform scripting and modify scripts for operational stability and automation of manual tasks (PowerShell and bash in particular)
  • Support integrations between third party tools such as ServiceNow
  • Assist in real-time troubleshooting of cloud-application issues
  • Provide leadership on designing, building, and maintaining company level computing standards and processes
  • Provide backup and recovery operational standards that tie to the company’s disaster recovery plan
  • Ensure 24x7 operations of mission-critical systems including cloud platforms, IaaC, and Active Directory
  • Work with Information Security to ensure data security for production, staging, and development environments
  • Provide service support by participating in regular on-call shifts responding to service issues
  • Ensure compliance with PCI policies


EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience with technical emphasis or equivalent technical administration and experience (minimum 3 years cloud infrastructure and\or DevOps and Cloud experience)
  • Experience with management and support of Windows, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud platforms, and Globalscape (Azure primary / AWS)
  • Experience migrating data center workloads to an enterprise cloud platform
  • Nice to have :: Hypervisors, System Center, Active Directory, Group Policy, and RBAC in cloud platforms
  • Nice to have :: Experience administering, maintaining, and automating Office 365, with an emphasis on automation
  • Experience with cloud based WAFs and troubleshooting e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with PowerShell, VB script, Python or other batch scripting technologies
  • Must have :: Terraform at least 4 resources.
  • Must have :: Gitlab
  • Minimum experience on Newrelic / Cloudflare.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

  • Experience supporting 24x7x365 datacenter and cloud operations
  • Understanding of mature Enterprise processes, Change Control, Release Management, and Governance
  • Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, DR and BC
  • Experience with Infrastructure as a Code utilizing a common toolset such as Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is required.
  • Expert-level debug/troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to pick up and learn new AWS/Azure technologies and create internal training docs
  • Experience with enterprise applications (support, and troubleshooting)


ADDITIONAL SKILLS HELPFUL FOR THE ROLE:

CI/CD:

  • Strengthen DevOps capabilities with Azure and other technologies to support Dev teams.
  • Strong understanding of Azure / AWS architected framework.
  • Proficiency in IaC using Terraform and Cloud Deployment
  • Proficiency with scripting in PowerShell, and Bash scripts.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Containers Services (Anthos)
  • Troubleshooting with cloud infrastructure and application
  • Resolve infrastructure & application deployment issues.
  • Proficient and hands-on experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
  • Coordinate activities which enforce Development improvements, CI and CD
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for software development projects using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI
  • Exposure to Azure cloud hosting platforms.
  • Version Control System: Git, Bitbucket, GitLab,


Devops:

  • Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance


Newrelic:

  • Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting, Support, Enablement and Operations.
  • knowledge in troubleshooting of System and Web - Application Performance Management issues for Applications running on the following languages/platforms: Java, .NET, Node.js etc
  • Prod Support / TechOps Engineer - Experience in administrative tasks with various web services like Apache, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS etc, involving setting up applications and troubleshooting if needed.


Cloudflare:

  • Professional level certification in network security domain, Minimum 5 years of hands on work experience in supporting Cloudflare product portfolio.
  • Thorough understanding of Cloudflare DNS Security / WAF / SSL / DDoS / Bot Management / Page Rules / Load Balancing / Analytics Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, TCP/IP networking, IPv4 & IPv6 protocols.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and able to design a technical solution, conduct POC, Onboard new customers.


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Required Minimum BE / B.Tech degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education
