Job Summary: The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies, including GenAI, data analytics, and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of junior architects and developers. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively probe and understand client needs are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior architects and developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution architecture function.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure the quality and integrity of the solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture designs, implementation plans, and other relevant materials.
• Present complex technical information clearly and convincingly to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Effectively probe and ask questions to uncover client needs and requirements, ensuring comprehensive understanding and accurate solution design.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the company's solutions and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions using Python, React/Angular, Postgres/MongoDB.
• Deep enterprise software industry experience in digital and data integration, data management, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, AI/ML, or other surrounding data markets
• Excellent SQL skills in understanding, comprehending and recommending queries
• Expansive Python or Linux skills in basic scripting and low-level debugging
• Experience with standing-up cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP and other digital platforms based on python/react
• Strong experience in managing and mentoring junior architects and developers.
• Expertise in GenAI, data analytics, cloud computing, and other advanced technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to effectively probe and ask questions to understand client needs and requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the technology sector, particularly with GenAI, chatbots, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
• Demonstrated success in driving technological innovation and improving business outcomes.
