Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) in below-
Experience and good understanding of full development lifecycle & ITIL framework
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience of Development and Support Java platform
Hands on exposure as Backend Java developer and proficient in Core Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, Kafka, Design Patterns, RESTful API, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Oracle as Database, SQL, PL/SQL and Object-Oriented Concepts
Sound knowledge with advanced versions of Java, multithreading.
Candidate should be able to gather requirements and develop high level and low-level technical design and should be able to review those technical designs and codes
Sound domain knowledge in Retail Supply Retail Chain Management, especially Warehouse Management System, Order Management System
Good understanding of other Retail Supply Chain Peripherals applications like Warehouse Management, Transportation/Logistics, Demand & Forecasting, Store Operations, Inventory Management system etc.
Sound knowledge in ITIL framework i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Continual Service improvement etc.
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues (Incident/Service Request), Problem Management in Oracle RMS/Retek platform
