Key Responsibilities / Deliverables - Develop, Test and Maintain Web Application with modern front-end and backend technologies (.net, react, python etc) - Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and develop new solutions / features - Requirement / Information gathering & validation in coordination with stake holders - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire technology stack. - Develop scalable and secure solutions - Review code for quality - Test, UAT, and Production roll out of the solution with other tools and integrations - Documentation: As-Is process, To-Be process, Technical Specifications and Test cases - Experience with CI CD Deployment - The ability to write clean, modular, maintainable code as per company standards - Understand and demonstrate the solutions to various stakeholders Required Skills & Competencies - 5 - 7 years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Strong in modern front-end technologies such as .NET or React, Angular, or Vue - Strong in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. - Prior experience in IT Automation is desirable - Exposure to AI/ML/Cognitive technologies, Tools Integration, and Gen AI is preferred (Conversational AI / CCaaS Expert (Kore.ai, Genesys, Nuance etc) - Familiarity with DevOps - Ability to work in Agile team (SAFe® is preferred) - Experience or exposure on Any hyperscalers and in developing contract center solutions will be added advantage - Ability to learn new technologies/tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills'
