Project Description

System Enhancement - including data migration, server reengineering & setting up of messaging/analytic/ interface platform

• Development of reports, visualizations and explorations aligning with best practices to deploy reports with optimal performance and complying with the design provided by the lead.
• Able to provide recommendations on how to improve the design and development strategy provided by the lead.
• Development and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects Unit testing activities on-schedule and per quality expectations On an individual basis, meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution Follow the standard development processes Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including Dashboards and Reports Enhance performance in the BI environment (tuning code, reviewing tables, and applying indexes where needed) Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards Provide quality assurance checkpoints related to BI development Skills Basic ETL and data preparation via any of the following:
• SAS Base Programming
• SQL Programming
• SAS Enterprise Guide
• SAS Data Integration
• Report development using the following:
• SAS Solutions
• SAS Visual Analytics
• SAS Visual Statistics
• SAS Web Report Studio
• SAS BI Dashboard
• SAS Enterprise Guide UNIX operating system and shell scripting Business Intelligence design and development experience Able to work in a team and independently and meet timelines Able to administer the SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Business Intelligence Environment via SAS Management Console Education
