So, what’s the role all about?

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of an R&D engineering team developing Enterprise Products. A software engineer at NICE works in a variety of programming languages, such as .Net, HTML, JavaScript etc building large scale Enterprise Products.

How will you make an impact?

Strong programming skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to write complex algorithms required for developing software’s.
Good communication skills

Have you got what it takes?

Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in CS /IT /MCA
Minimum Grade/Percentage – 1st class (60% And above or CGPA 6.5) throughout the academic career in all the semesters
No backlogs (Active or Dead backlogs)

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Team Player
Good communication skills (oral + written)
Good time management skills
