Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
Subfamily Description
NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Develops HLD/LLD for medium-high complexity network requirements, capacity planning, network interface analysis, and provide overall engineering support. Uses planning tools in Advanced Network Planning. Consult and independently develops configuration file, capacity planning, network. interface analysis and design, and overall engineering support based on ongoing traffic trends. Works in parameter planning, product dimensioning. Prepares configuration for new network elements for live and testing. Troubleshooting activities for live network problems or issues found during acceptance.

Knowledge & Experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Packet Core Design and Integration, preferably Nokia Packet core.
- Experience in design and deployment of 5G SA/NSA networks.
- Experience in Cloud technologies like Kubernetes,openshift, AWS and Vmware Tanzu.
- Experience in working in global environment across different time zones.
- Knowledge/experience in automation would be added advantage.
