Job Description
- Develop detailed customer solution design & architecture and perform technical risk evaluation for overall technical solution.
- Lead the technical implementation during the delivery phase.
- Present offered solution design/architecture to customer and verify/adapt it during realization phase
- Liaise with SI Engagement Architect and other members of the regional team as well as with Product Managers, Project manager and 3rd party product manager to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products and 3rd party products
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Provides senior level solution consulting service, having expertise in SSP Portfolio {CSD/DRA} over multiple technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, cloud, enterprise); acts as a source of expertise for colleagues.
- Design and leads the identification and specification of complex solutions in complex customer environment.
- understand customer requirement and discuss with Sales/Presales team for 4G/5G DRA
- Support and Manage Installation, Integration, Acceptance testing, Operations & Maintenance, and any ongoing modification (including upgrades) & configuration changes to the CSD Solution
- Review technical requirements, MOP Preparation, LLD & HLD
- Technical Management for CSD Solution Quality and Risk Analysis and schedule management
- Provide technical clarifications on the CSD Activity to Customer and other teams
Key Skills And Experience
- Good Knowledge of LTE and 5G Networks and Call flows
- Solution design & Implementation of Core Network Elements for Signalling (SCP, SEPP, BSF, CNDRA)
- Experience in Cloud + Virtualization on VNF and CNF.
- Good Understanding on VMWare, Openstack, red hat OCP, AWS Cloud
- Good experience in Unix/Linux commands
- Basic scripting language expertise (Shell script, PERL, Python, Ansible) would be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of SIP, Diameter and Telecom Domain Knowledge (VoLTE, IMS)
- Deployment expertise in functional & serviceability areas with large-scale distributed systems
- Good working knowledge in VOLTE/IMS, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP in 4G/5G core technologies
- Good Hands-on knowledge on Diameter/HTTP2 signalling domain, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, TCP with core products e.g. Load Balancers, DRA, SLF.
- Good hands-on experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare/OpenStack and working with CSF Assets & Blueprints like BVNF/BCMT/BELK
- In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services and containers architecture, Devops.
Position Requirements: -
- Ability to lead complex technical programs
- Ability to discuss with customer for requirements gathering
- Ability to Solution Design Creation for SSP products - CSD.
- Solution Deployment and Solution Architecture Creation support.
- Ability to troubleshoot call flow related issues and fixing the same.
- Ability to understand the new solutions quickly and delivering the same to Customer.
- Strong understanding of Mobile Network (2G, 3G & 4G).
- Advanced level on Operating System such as Linux or Solaris.
- Experience on networking troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
- Experience on virtualization - VMWare or Open stack
- Ability to work with both technical and management layers at customer.
- Ability to work on Automation initiatives.
- Ability to play a role of Individual contributor as well as team player based on the project requirements.
- Travel availability: 50% of the time on domestic or international travels.
- Good Communication Skills.
