Job Description

Full Stack Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of

financial technology (Fintech) applications.

• Security: Ensure that application is secure with implementation of security controls such as encryption and

vulnerability prevention

• Quality Assurance: Implement robust unit tests and perform static code analysis to ensure high-Quality, error-free code.

• Version Control & Infrastructure: Leverage Git for Version Control and apply Infrastructure as code principles to manage and automate Infrastructure provisioning.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to develop and deliver software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

• Application Development: Have developed fintech or banking applications in the past.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript or equivalent object-oriented programming languages

• Technology Stack: Hands-on experience with modern fullstack technologies, including React, Node.js frameworks, or their modern equivalents.

• Best Practices: Familiarity with industry best practices, such as GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), writing unit tests, conducting static code scanning, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• DevOps: Familiarity with unix-based systems, RHEL or equivalent.

Knowledge of cloud computing is a plus.
