In this role, you will engage deeply in building core features of Pega platform which runs thousands of applications around the world. You will work to make the platform cloud native i.e., multi-tenant, stateless, scalable, observable, seamlessly upgradable, highly performant and fault tolerant. What You'll Do At Pega:

Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.
Work with Product owners and other stake holders along with the team members to build exciting features into the product.
Work on complex issues to develop high quality software.
Debug and maintain existing code base.
Follow best development practices.
Unit test code to ensure technical requirements are satisfied.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer of information.
Ensure that the delivered work meets functional and technical requirements, and quality standards.
Stay on schedule with assigned tasks and be productive.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outstanding issues.

Who You Are:

You are a pragmatic, result-oriented team player having experience in building enterprise systems in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
You are a skilled UI React.js developer, who has exposure and expertise across full stack and passionate about exploring/applying solutions to help solve real business problems.
You enjoy solving problems and have the zeal to learn new technologies and processes.
You are an effective communicator and collaborator with a drive for leading tech initiatives.
Demonstrate urgency and initiative in achieving top quality results.
You set a high bar for excellence and know that achieving great results requires collaboration and effective communication across functions.
You take constructive feedback with open mind and work to continuously improve yourself.

What You've Accomplished:

2–4 years of software development experience, preferably in a product development company .
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Hands-on experience in writing code to build an end-to-end system with exposure to Full Stack Technologies in a Cloud Native Environment.
Expertise in React JS, enjoy being a polyglot programmer.
Exposure to Pega’s PRPC tool.
Exposure to Micro-services and cloud technologies.
Exposure to test API’s like Playwright to write automation tests.
Clear, concise, assertive, and courteous way of communication – verbal, written, presentation.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members.
Can build system considering all Functional/Non-Functional and System specifications given by the Architects.
