Sitecore DevOps Engineer (Pune/Nagpur/Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore)

Perficient is looking for a Sitecore DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The idle candidate should have very good English communication (verbal & written) skills, should be a team player, have worked with US clients and have used tools like Jira/Service Now/Confluence etc. He should be self-driven and have ability to deliver without close monitoring.

Must Have:

Should have worked on XM Cloud environment setup, deployment through CICD pipeline

Should have worked on Vercel environment setup, deployment through CICD pipeline

Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, including xDB, xConnect, and Sitecore Forms.

Experience with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) is a plus.

Manage and maintain Sitecore environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for Sitecore solutions.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of Sitecore applications.

Collaborate with development teams to streamline release management and deployment processes.

Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.

Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the infrastructure and application lifecycle.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of systems.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed.

Strong background in DevOps practices with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Experience with cloud platforms Azure and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure automation.

Knowledge of Azure DR setup for Traffic manager/Front Door/Web apps etc.

Should be able to work independently on projects with Technical and non-technical assignments.

Should be a self-starter who actively involves in discussion and provides observations/suggestions proactively.

Should be ready to adjust his/her shifts timings according to project support need.

Should be ready to document things whenever required and present to Management
