We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation that supports our development and deployment processes. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient, scalable, and high-performing solutions, working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional operational performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Monitor and maintain system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Manage cloud-based environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, networking, and application performance.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical systems and applications.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the applications meet quality standards and perform thorough testing before deployment.
Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements

Experience: 2-6 Years
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Solid understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
