Responsibilities:

Manage the Entire Feature Life Cycle:
Conduct thorough market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Gather requirements from internal and external users.
Ensure timely release of products and features.
Create, validate & monitor topline + guardrail metrics.
Manage the complete life cycle of products/services.
Work with R&D Organizations:
Drive product requirements and ensure alignment with engineering teams.
Create technical designs and deployment plans.
Oversee Cross-Product Backlogs:
Manage the overall cross-product backlog for specific product areas.
Drive alignment across teams and communicate status and progress.
Gather Requirements and Use Case Articulation:
Work closely with internal and external users to gather requirements.
Create detailed use cases and user stories.
Optimize User Value:
Find solutions that meet Enterprise needs and fit well with the overall product direction.
Ensure the product optimizes value to users/consumers.
Communicate Effectively:
Act as a liaison between disparate internal departments.
Accept ownership of product and market performance.
Improve UX and Self-Serve:
Focus on improving user experience (UX) and making the product both SI/self-serve ready.
Establish and Track Growth Metrics:
Set clear and measurable goals.
Balance multiple projects and adhere to timelines.

Qualification:

Experience:
3+ years as a Associate Product Manager/ 2+ years as a Product Manager for a B2B enterprise software company.
Experience with contact center services and deploying enterprise-level software.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to influence others.
Ability to operate independently and drive execution.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with software development and deployment.
Experience with ops automation and customer excellence.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to set clear goals and balance multiple projects, think big & execute small consistently.
Strong analytical skills to track growth metrics and optimize user value.
User-Centric Approach:
Focus on user experience (UX) and self-serve capabilities.
Ability to gather and analyze user feedback/conduct interviews
Product Management Tools:
Maximise & utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision for prototyping and design.
Leverage project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Analytics and Data Tools:
Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to track user behavior.
Utilize data visualization tools like Grafana, Tableau or Power BI for insights.
Communication and Collaboration Tools:
Utilize collaboration platforms like OneDrive, Slack or Microsoft Teams for internal communication.
Use video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet for remote meetings.
