Lead AI/ML Engineer (NLP, LLM)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven, detail oriented project lead to join our team in a new AI/ML project. Your role will be to lead a team of specialists. This may include but is not limited to: Data Processing, Dataset Management, Model Training, Experiment Tracking, Verification. The project is expected to handle highly unstructured data that requires multiple steps of preprocessing before it is processed by the system into a trained model.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as Neural Networks, Convolutional Networks, Transformers are welcome but not required for the role. As project lead, your primary role is to be the intermediary between the global project stakeholders and the local development team. This includes project requirement analysis, reporting, task management and project accountability. The project lead is also expected to have working knowledge in machine learning, data engineering and data science in order to give input to the technical decisions made by the team's specialists.

• Research new approach, solutions, and architecture that can contribute to the project’s improvement and evolution.

Job Requirements

• Experience in working in or leading a data engineering project using python-based tools
• Experience on AI NLP and other LLM
• Python and Popular Libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Multiprocessing etc.)
• Data Visualization Tools (Dash, Seaborne, Web frameworks)
• Database Tools (MongoDB, MySql, etc.)
• Hands-on experience working in data warehousing, data architecture and/or data engineering environments at an enterprise scale.
• ETL design, implementation and maintenance
• Experience implementing and working with workflow schedulers like Airflow, Azkaban, Oozie etc.

Preferred Experience:

• Machine Learning Concepts (Neural Networks, Transformers, Convolutional Models, Parameter Optimization)
• Public Cloud Tools (AWS, GCP, etc.)
