As a "System Engineer Image Quality" you will be responsible for
- Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of PET-CT/SPECT CT imaging systems to evaluate image quality parameters such as spatial resolution, contrast, noise characteristics, and uniformity.
- Protocol Development: Develop test protocols and procedures for assessing image quality based on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze test results using statistical methods and imaging metrics to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including system engineers, physicists, radiologists, and software developers to troubleshoot issues and optimize imaging protocols.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports documenting test procedures, results, and recommendations for system enhancements or modifications.
Your Qualification/Expertise:
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience greater than four years in medical imaging systems, with specific expertise in PET-CT and SPECT-CT technology.
Strong understanding of image quality parameters and their impact on diagnostic imaging.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and imaging analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
