Role Summary & Role Description

State Street Corporate Finance IT team is leading a Cloud Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire finance technology and process landscape globally, incl. North America, APAC and EMEA regions.

We are looking for Oracle Finance Solution Architect to own global architecture and design of the applications and provide techno-functional architecture leadership and steer to the program.

Role Summary & Role Description

As a Oracle Finance Solution Architect, you will

• Work with business sponsors and stakeholders to understand the requirements and priorities with focus on implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules
• Understand Integration requirements for end-to-end processes, applications and data/reporting areas
• Conduct Cloud Transformation Assessments and propose Solution Architecture, conduction solution workshops with Business and Technology Stakeholders to feed into Implementation Roadmap
• Provide subject matter guidance and support the technology delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite and best practices, and by providing implementation and deployment/release support, conduct code-reviews and ensuring that the implementation follows established practice configuration principles, tooling/technology, security and performance standards
• Be part of ‘Tech with Ops’ initiative to understand the feeback on implemented process from Operations teams, and drive enhancement and efficiency projects
  
  
  

Core/Must Have Skills

Must have experience managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations on large scale

Strong Oracle Cloud EBS Solution Architecture experience with Fusion implementation skills with specific focus on (GL/AP/AR/FA/Inv/Costing/CM/Advance Collection) on multi-Org, multi-currency setup, including integrations with Billing, Procurement and any financial reconciliation requirements

ERP Cross-module integration knowledge, Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture

well versed with Oracle Unified Cloud Methodology and ability to drive the Solution Driven Approach

Should have knowledge of Cloud Integration Framework and different methods of integrations

Should have knowledge of Cutover and Data Migration activities

Strong analytical and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
