Ø Technical : o 3 5 Years of IT Support Experience o Release and Deployment o UNIX experience ( Commands, Memory, Processes etc.) o Database experience ( Start, Stop, OEM etc.) o Shell Scripting ( Basic Debugging skills) o Weblogic server know how (Thread Dumps, Data Sources etc.) o Error Debugging skills o Good to have: Tools Know How: Job Schedulers, Alarms Monitoring, Salesforce, HP ALM, JIRA etc. Ø Process: o Incident Management skills. o Critical and Crisis coordination Ø Behavioral: o Flexible to work on multiple technologies and 24x7. o Excellent ownership skills o Simultaneously works on multiple tasks. o Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
