Job Summary

¿ Work directly with data engineers, business data analysts and business Operations teams throughout the entire engagement life cycle including technical analysis, design, development, implementations and consulting efforts. ¿ Provide plans and estimates for reporting initiatives ¿ Setup the guidelines on reporting standards to be followed by development teams ¿ Documentation on best practices, Do¿s & Don¿ts for dashboards development ¿ Layout guiding principles for development includes, data connectivity (direct or extract), chart types, dashboards layout designs etc. ¿ Guide or train developers to ensure quality dashboard outcome in terms of design and insights ¿ Document test methodology for defect free deliveries. ¿ Guidelines for better performance of the dashboards ¿ Maintain standards for analysis and reporting at all levels including best practice data visualization techniques ¿ Facilitate group meetings of various sizes for solution design, decision making, problem solving and solution implementation. ¿ Turn complex data into easy to understand visual insights that are aligned to business objectives ¿ Develop a user experience that is simple, yet flexible. ¿ Incorporate data governance and access controls in Tableau ¿ Enable visual storytelling through Tableau and visual analytics tools
