The Opportunity.

Thakral One is looking for a Business Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable data requirements, develop data sourcing strategies, ensure data quality, analyze trends, champion data governance, improve processes, communicate complex needs, manage expectations, and stay updated on data analysis trends.

The Role.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate business problems into clear and actionable data requirements.
Develop a comprehensive data sourcing strategy by identifying relevant data sources, acquisition methods, and collection schedules.
Clean, prepare, and organize data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and obtain key business insights.
Champion best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve data processes and tools.
Communicate complex business needs to technical teams and simplify technical solutions for business stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and promote data-driven solutions that are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies for data analysis and business intelligence.

The expertise.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data modeling, or a related field
Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Python
Working knowledge of data standards, principles, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and requirements elicitation skills
Committed to continuous learning
Capable of working with minimal supervision, takes initiative, and is committed to completing tasks
