T24 and TPH banking Software engineer

Your role:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on leveraging T24 functionality to meet their needs.
• Collect and analyze requirements, and manage end-to-end operations related to T24 business functions.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of T24 modules.
• Configure T24 modules such as core banking, deposits, loans, payments, treasury, and other relevant modules based on business requirements.
• Good Knowledge in Temenos Payment Hub. Play a key role in the design and implementation of business and system functionalities across a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support users in preparation and deliver Business Requirements Documents (BRD). Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), requirements scoping, sign-offs, planning, client interactions, prioritization, elicitation, review test cases and preparing training manual for user
• Offer solutions for product improvements and enhancements.

Your expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of Temenos T24 and TPH banking software, including experience in configuring and customizing T24/TPH modules to meet business requirements.
• For payments SME’s - Good knowledge in Payments Domain (Especially European payment flows and products SEPA, Target 2 etc.,)
• 5+ years of experience as a T24 and TPH Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ideally within a banking or financial services environment, with a deep understanding of core banking processes and functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for translating complex business requirements into effective T24 solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Should take full accountability of the deliverables and work with all the stakeholders (IT & Business) for a smooth implementation of the requirements
• Good collaboration with all the business and IT teams to ensure there is no ambiguity of requirements for implementation and support there after
